Star Wars: The Force Awakens: A Spoiler FREE Review

untitled

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is probably the most anticipated movie of 2015, and probably one of the most anticipated movies of the last ten years—at least, since Revenge of the Sith premiered back in 2005. When it was announced, and especially after the disappointment of the prequel trilogy, hopes were high but expectations were fairly low that Force Awakens could come in a save our faith in Star Wars. It’s Star Wars Release Day!

Today is THE day. The day I have been awaiting for several months. The day that has been on my calendar longer than anything else, except possibly that dentist appointment I can’t figure out how to delete. It is, in fact, the release day for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The mostly critically acclaimed one, and I use the phrase loosely, was Final Fantasy and the best performing one at the box office was Mortal Kombat. That being said, here are some games that I’d like to see get made it to movies even if they have already been screwed up already and will most likely be screwed up again. Just maybe, if done right, these could be great (ok, maybe enjoyable) films. Continue reading

In which, Tracy has a cold and her voice sounds all husky and amazing.  But actually, we are talking mostly about non-universe comic book movies with lots of long diversions into all kinds of other topics.  We also comment on comic books that should be made into movies. Continue reading
