Finally, none of our heroes really enjoyed Ghostbusters for a variety of reasons: Tracy hates Kate McKinnon, Dude takes issue with beefcake, dumb Thor, and Andrew makes the excellent point that if Ghostbusters were a baseball game, the cast were essentially t-ball players. In which, Andrew, Tracy, and Dude break open the ’06-07 Marvel event Civil War. We discuss who was responsible for missed deadlines and delayed releases, whether inking had something to do with the hit-or-miss artwork, and the likelihood that some characters were ventriloquists, due to the ambiguity of various speech bubbles. Tracy reveals an intense dislike of Mariam Sharpe. We also raise the question: “why won’t Punisher fight Captain America?” Noteworthy event: if you listen carefully, you will hear Dude also actually admit that Tracy was not wrong.
