    Awesome movie!

This film was a great way for me to introduce my wife to true Shakespearian art. She is a huge Joss fan and now we share an enjoyment of true art because of this.

  4. I thought this movie was delightful! Easily one of the most digestible Shakespeare adaptions ever made. The fact that Amy Acker isn’t an international sensation is beyond me.

Perfect Valentine’s Day giveaway! Joss did an amazing job. Yay Therefore I Geek!

See this movie in theaters was one of the first dates I went on with my girlfriend. Winning this and watching it would be perfect for us.
PS. Glad to see other Max’s on this post.

I love everything Joss Whedon. There hasn’t been one thing he has made that I haven’t loved. As well Alexis Denisof is possibly my favorite actor in the whole Whedon Universe.

Such a great movie. My wife and I bonded over our love of all things Whedon, so this would be a great gift.

I loved this movie. Leave it to Whedon to use his vacation time to make a movie with all my favorite people. Fred and Wesley forever.

  15. Joss Whedon truly is the modern Shakespeare.

I actually got to see this in a small theater with a friend of mine and it was us and two other people in the theater, and it was the happiest I’d been in a while after a rather trying and boring summer. This was a true highlight of my year with fun camerawork and acting to go with the great script (I hear that Shakespeare guy has written some other good stuff).

I was never a fan of anything by Shakespeare before seeing this film, but I loved Joss’ take on Much Ado. His team of my favorite actors really made it accessible and enjoyable.

Oh, I would love this! Joss is such a genius and I was in no way surprised when I found out that he invited his friends over to read some Shakespeare and was suddenly just like, “So we’re filming this” and it turned out so amazing.

  22. Unknown's avatar Chris Saunders

My girlfriend and I are total Whedon-heads. It would be so awesome if we won!

This movie made me like Shakespeare.

What a great film. Joss and his crew are such artists that I was able to forget about Wesley and Fred while I was watching. (The preview had me thinking that the whole thing would seem like an alt-verse Wesley/Fred what-could-have-been…)

Eek! I would absolutely love to win this!

  27. I really liked the music too.

I fell in love with Much Ado About Nothing in college, the tension and the connection between Beatrice and Benedict connected to immediately with me. I’ve seen every Whedon offering, and adored them all, yet I have seen his version of MAAN, as I’ve been financially unable. My fingers are crossed, let’s hope the stars align like Shakespeare’s did.

  29. Chelsea Champ's avatar Chelsea Champ

I loved this movie so much! The entire time I was thinking “Who’s incredible house is this??” Of course, it’s Whedon’s. He’s a genius.

  30. Unknown's avatar Jessica N.

I absolutely cannot wait to share this film with my Valentine, regardless of whether I win here or not!
