In the inaugural episode of Random Thought Generator, Therefore I Geek’s Andrew and Tracy (that’s us!) discuss those comic books and strips that have influenced them. Starting from our earliest memories and moving on to more recent discoveries, we cover a wide variety of titles.

Nice job! If i had one constructive suggestion, it would be that the intro music was a tiny bit too loud – not much, just a little. I had to turn my volume down before it was over, but then had to turn it back up to here the voices.
I love the subject matter, and I found the conversation very engaging. I’m eager for more.
Thanks, Gene! We’ll see what we can do about the music volume. Andrew and I have great conversations IRL, and I’m excited to share some of them.
It was really cool. This is a great idea.
The music didn’t really bug me. I just know how hard it is to hold peoples’ attention on the Internet, and the “turn-it-up,” “turn-it-down” thing might be off-putting to people who are finding you for the first time.

This is cool. It’s the debut of Therefore I Geek’s bi-weekly podcast. I just listened, and I thought they did a fine job. Jeremy will have a post about comics here tomorrow, and we’re hoping have a big discussion about feminism here on Friday. If you’re interested in that, see my last post.
